As a director of TVA Properties Ltd I confirm we have used Axis for our recent building project.  Axis provided specialist documentation for the project including the Fire Safety Design.

Of particular note was the economic fire safety design solution provided by Axis.  Our initial architect’s concept required installation of extensive automatic fire alarms, which brings with it the ongoing costs of maintenance and inspections etc.  The solution offered by Axis provided additional stair and egress which not only helped with access to the building but removed the requirement for the automatic fire alarm systems and associated monitoring and maintenance. Burkhart Fisheries Ltd required expert advice to conduct a Fire Safety Analysis Report for the company; the complex nature of Fire Safety systems for companies in today’s world of consents and compliance standards requires expert advice. Burkhart Fisheries engaged Axis to undertake this work on our behalf, the result was a complete and through package of what our monitoring, egress and safety equipment requirements were based on staff levels and the type of building we have.  We used the Axis report to complete our consent process, the report was so through in its content that there was not one point that came back for clarification, this alone displays the quality and the professional work that Axis conducted on our behalf.
