Recent Project Highlights

On a recent project one of our regular clients recommended their customer contact us for a second opinion.
They were wanting to fit out an existing warehouse with pallet racking to 6.0 metres above floor level. The building already had roof level fire sprinklers designed for the storage of tyres to 6.0 metres.  They had received advice they would need to include in-rack sprinklers for the new racking installation.  A quotation for the new in-rack sprinkler system for the new fitout was obtained for $311,000.

 
The customer supplied us with the building information, we completed a desktop review of the proposal and formulated a solution.  

We discussed the solution we proposed with the Territorial Authority and received approval in principle for the stoarage up to 6.0 metres based on the existing roof level fire sprinklers, WITHOUT ANY in- Rack Sprinklers.

Wow A Saving of $311,000.
